Ø IMPORTANT: TÜBİTAK offers financial support for Turkish citizens at BA, MA, PhD and post-doc levels. They have scholarships that can be used in a Turkish university as well as abroad. There are also certain European scholarships our students can make use of. Click here for more info.
Ø There has recently been important changes in our Undergraduate Program. Check it out!
Ø If you are a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or an MA student, you may be eligible for financial support for a paper presentation in an international conference abroad. The Dean's office provides 500 YTL for such presentations. Contact the department for further information.

Ø Our Department's 25th Year Celebrations
Ø Our department has signed an exchange agreement with Kansas State University Philosophy Department. For more info click here. (The URL of KSU Phil is: www.k-state.edu/philos/)
Ø Our department has signed an ERASMUS agreement with the Philosophy Department of Københavns Universitet (University of Copenhagen, Denmark) for exchange programs. The program will start in the Fall Term of 2005-2006. For more info click here. (The URL of Cophenagen Univ. is: www.ku.dk/english/)
Ø Tilburg University (the Netherlands) offers grad scholarship to Turkish students for their MA program for 2005-2006. The financial support comes in the form of a tuition fee reduction (students are to pay only € 2,004 instead of € 9,336) and a monthly allowance of € 300 to cover expenses. Some of the requirements are: 3.00 undergrad GPA, 250 TOEFL.
