PHIL 101.01
(Introduction to Philosophy)
Murat Baç
Fall 2009
IMPORTANT: PHIL-101.01 is open only to the Philosophy Department; it is not an elective course. Sometimes the Registration system seems to suggest that non-Philosophy students can take PHIL-101.01 as an HSS elective, but that is a misunderstanding. You may have read something like "unlimited quota" at http://registration.boun.edu.tr for this course; it means that "This couse has unlimited quota for students of the Philosophy Department". PHIL-101.01 has zero quota for non-Philosophy students. (Also note that PHIL-101.02 is indeed open to other departments; PHIL-101.01 is only for Philosophy students.)
